She oversees Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and other support teams, ensuring each area operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional service. With a commitment to clear processes, strong team leadership, and continuous improvement, Ashley aligns administrative operations to support our field teams and enhance client experiences across North and South Carolina.

Chloe Grace serves as Executive Assistant at Webber Ground Solutions Group, providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. She manages schedules, coordinates meetings, oversees internal communications, and helps ensure daily operations run efficiently. With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism, Chloe plays a key role in supporting company leadership, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the continued success of projects and operations across North and South Carolina.

Director of Human Resources

Lilly Rose serves as the Director of Human Resources for Webber's Ground Solutions Group. She oversees all employee relations, hiring, onboarding, training, personnel records, and company policies. As the administrative leader of Human Resources, she ensures every employee is supported, company standards are upheld, and our workplace remains professional, organized, and committed to excellence.

Director of Finances

Macy Faith serves as the Director of Finance at Webber’s Ground Solutions Group LLC, overseeing the company’s financial operations, budgeting, planning, and financial strategy. With a strong focus on organization and accuracy, Macy helps ensure the company’s resources are managed effectively while supporting long-term growth and success

Director of Business Development

Alexa Kent heads Business Development, managing partnerships, contracts, and satisfaction for commercial and residential clients. She ensures property managers get consistent, professional service and that operations run smoothly. Alexa also oversees key partners and suppliers, including Ford and CAT.

Regional Manager Of NC

Matt Casey has been with us for four years. He served as General Manager for two years, and as of 01/25/26 he was promoted to Regional Manager for the state of North Carolina. He now serves as the administrative lead for North Carolina, overseeing all administration and operations across the state.
